Tom Walken

Tom Walken is a contributing editor at Audiofile Publications and a former CEO and senior consultant at TELOS Executive Consultants. Tom has over 36 years of experience as an independent business consultant and trainer, during which they have worked with many different companies, including Black & Decker, Baltimore City Schools, Aqua Chem, Inc., and Captive-Aire Systems. In addition to conducting executive hiring assessments and leading business interventions, Tom has also created and presented workshops on topics such as sexual harassment, sales, entrepreneurship, executive selection, and personal balance in the workplace. Tom is a highly experienced and respected consultant who has helped countless organizations improve their operations.

Tom Walken's educational career includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson State University, a MA in Clinical Psychology, Personality Theory, and Psychological Testing from Loyola University Maryland, and an ABD in the Clinical-Community Psychology Ph.D. Program from North Carolina State University.
