Filippo Fazi

Filippo Fazi has held a variety of positions in the field of Acoustics and Signal Processing. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at the University of Southampton as a Professor of Acoustics and Signal Processing, Associate Professor, Lecturer, and Research Fellow. In 2011, they were a Visiting Researcher at IRCAM, and in 2009, they were a Visiting Researcher at UC San Diego. In 2016, they were a Visiting Professor at Università degli Studi di Parma, and in 2018, they were a Visiting Professor at Tohoku University. In 2017, they co-founded Audioscenic Limited, where they currently serve as Chief Scientist.

Filippo Fazi obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Acoustics from the University of Southampton in 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Brescia.
