George Howell has a diverse work experience in the field of audio and signal processing. George started their career as a Freelance Live Event Production Assistant/Manager at Ground Control Live Events Ltd in 2009 and worked there until 2016. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Live Events Acoustic Consultant. In 2018, they joined Bowers & Wilkins as a Graduate DSP Development Engineer and later became a DSP Engineer, focusing on developing DSP algorithms for high-fidelity active audio systems. In 2021, George joined RAPTOR DATA as a DSP Research Engineer, where they conducted research and development of novel algorithms for acoustic communications. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Audioscenic Limited as an Audio Signal Processing Engineer, working on cutting-edge spatial audio algorithms.

George Howell has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Walton High School in Stafford, where they completed their high school education. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Welbeck Sixth Form College in Worksop, Notts, where they pursued A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Later, in 2013, George enrolled at SAE Institute UK, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Audio Production, completing their studies in 2015. Lastly, in 2016 and 2017, George pursued a Master's degree in Acoustical Engineering at The University of Salford.
