Susan Burgess

Susan Burgess has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, starting as a Customer Service Advisor at Standard Life in 2002. Susan then progressed through roles at Thomas Cook Group, Azets, and now Audit Scotland, where they currently serve as the Head of HR, leading and supporting the development of the HR team. Susan'sresponsibilities have included managing office teams, overseeing HR functions, and providing HR advice to employees and partners.

Susan Burgess attended Edinburgh College from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in CIPD HRM. In May 2023, they also received a certification as a Best Companies 3 Star Accredited Manager from Best Companies.
