Ceri Hughes is an experienced Change Programme Manager currently working at Wales Audit Office since November 2019. Prior to this role, Ceri served as Strategic Programme Manager at Swansea University from 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership to develop tailored solutions. Ceri also held interim positions as Head of Change Management and Strategic Change Manager at Swansea University, focusing on change management functions and project delivery oversight. Before joining Swansea University, Ceri accumulated extensive experience as Senior Project Manager in the Insurance Business Change division of Lloyds Banking Group from July 2006 to November 2015, shaping and executing significant change projects. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at International Baccalaureate and participation in the Graduate Development Programme at BT Global Services. Ceri holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science with Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
