Sarah MacLean

Sarah Maclean has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Hewlett-Packard. Sarah then went on to work at John Lewis as a Graduate Retail Manager before transitioning to become a Section Manager, Personnel, and later an Implementation Support Manager. In 2013, they joined John Lewis Partnership and took on various roles including HR Reporting Analyst, Development Manager, Employment Strategy, Manager, Personnel Assurance, Development Manager, Pay Simplification, and Transition Lead, Personnel Transformation. In 2017, they worked as an HR Change Consultant at BT. From 2018 to present, they have been working at Entain, initially as an HR Project Manager before being promoted to Global Transformation Lead and currently as the Head of Global People Solutions.

Sarah Maclean attended Lancaster University from 2006 to 2010 where they earned a BBA degree in Management. Sarah also obtained certifications in Employee Experience from LinkedIn and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in October 2017.
