Jin Mu

Jin Mu is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in building cloud-native data platforms and applications across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at AuditBoard, beginning in 2024, Jin previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at StreamNative, overseeing engineering teams focused on distributed data streaming services. Jin's prior roles include Director of Engineering at Exabeam and Elastic, where responsibilities encompassed defining technical roadmaps and leading teams for scalable architecture and applications. Throughout a diverse career encompassing positions at Okta, RingCentral, Hightail, The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Fisher Investments, and Accenture, Jin has consistently driven data-driven decision-making and the development of innovative data solutions. Jin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Baylor University.
