Josh Harding

Josh Harding is the current Chief Financial Officer at AuditBoard. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at SailPoint from March 2017 to March 2022. Josh was responsible for defining RetailMeNot's international expansion strategy, integrating acquired businesses and launching new markets. Josh completed multiple international acquisitions and led RetailMeNot's greenfield expansion into Canada.

From March 2011 to March 2017, Josh served as the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at RetailMeNot, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for leading RetailMeNot's mergers and acquisitions, business and corporate development initiatives.
