Damian Sakoor

Damian Sakoor is a Knowledge Manager at the Auditor-General of South Africa, a position held since February 2023, after serving in the same role from January 2020 to November 2022. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of an organisation-wide knowledge management strategy, management reporting, and the creation of a knowledge repository using SharePoint. Damian has extensive experience in producing webinars, videos, and podcasts, conducting research on best practices, facilitating training on Microsoft 365 tools, and enhancing knowledge sharing across various staff levels. Prior to this, Damian worked at Deloitte South Africa as a Consultant and IT Auditor, focusing on knowledge processes and system audits respectively. Education credentials include a BIS in Information Science and Information Technology and a BSc in Mathematical and Biological Sciences from the University of Pretoria.
