Radha Saikia

Radha Saikia currently holds the positions of Head of Customer Success at AuditSoft and Head of Support & Success at SafetyVantage, both from May 2023. Additionally, Radha serves as a Curriculum Developer and Adjunct Professor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where a Customer Success course was developed to prepare professionals for careers in the tech sector. Previous experience includes Product Manager and Customer Success Manager roles at samdesk, handling various aspects of customer engagement and product development. Radha also has a background as a Programs and Policy Development Coordinator for the Government of Alberta and has engaged in various roles at the University of Alberta, including event planning and data analysis. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Psychology and several certificates in leadership and research-related disciplines from the University of Alberta.
