Clayton Blaha has over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. In 2010, they began their career as a Senior Publicist at BIZ 3 Publicity, where they helped break the careers of platinum artists Skrillex and Zedd, critical darlings Run The Jewels, and more. Clayton is partially responsible for coining the term "EDM". In 2011, Blaha co-founded OWSLA, a record label with Skrillex, and served as Director of A&R, Publishing. Clayton continued to build the Skrillex project by taking the creative reigns at their newly minted publishing company and aligned major cuts on albums by Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Tinashe, Lupe Fiasco, and others. In 2014, Blaha founded Ferrari Jetpack, Inc., a talent management and strategy boutique at the crossroads of technology, sustainability, and entertainment. In 2018, they were appointed as Innovation Lead at Three Six Zero. In 2019, Blaha became an Advisor at Cove PBC, the first bottle of water made entirely of biodegradable material. In 2020, they became Head Of Partnerships at Audius and Investor/Advisor at Tolago Hard Seltzer. Clayton also served as an Advisor at ToneDen, which was acquired by Eventbrite in November of 2020.
