Shamal Ranasinghe

Shamal Ranasinghe is the Chief Business Officer and advisor at Audius, a decentralized music streaming company focused on connecting creators to their fans through blockchain technology. Additionally, Shamal serves on the Board of Directors at Envelop, which aims to foster communal listening experiences, and provides advisory support to Beatclub, Feed Media Group, and Authentic Artists, a generative music company in the metaverse. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Product Management at Pandora and SiriusXM, where Shamal led significant product initiatives for artists and content creators. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Shamal co-founded Fluence and Topspin Media, and held key roles at Yahoo Music and Musicmatch, in addition to obtaining an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Northwestern University.
