Scott Jamison has over 20 years of work experience. Scott began their career in 1997 as a Managing Consultant at Micro Modeling Associates, where they built software. In 2000, they moved to Plural (formerly Micro Modeling Associates) as a Technical Director, and the company became a Dell company in 2002. Jamison then served as Consulting Practice Manager at Dell from 2002-2006, where they led a team of software consultants in the Northeast and served on the leadership team within Dell's Northeast professional services division. In 2006, they joined Microsoft as Director of Enterprise Architecture. In 2009, Jamison founded Jornata and served as CEO. Scott grew Jornata and merged it with BlueMetal in 2014, and then took over as CEO of the combined business. Jamison led BlueMetal from zero to 100+ employees and from $0 to over $25 million in profitable revenue in just five years. In 2017, they became CEO of Jornata.ai. In 2018, Jamison co-founded Audseb, Inc., and became CEO. Scott also became CEO of AskHR, a division of Audseb, where they helped to grow HR teams without adding headcount using intelligent agents, AI, and machine learning.
Scott Jamison has a varied educational background. Scott began their studies in 1988 at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they earned a B.S. in Business. Scott then went on to Boston University, where they received an M.S. in Computer Science in 2000. In 2009, they attended Bentley University for post-graduate study in Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, they completed post-graduate study in Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018.
