Ellen Causey has a solid background in human resources, starting in 2005 as an HR Director at LifeCare Management Services. Ellen then transitioned to Audubon Nature Institute in 2008, where they held various HR roles including Human Resources Director, Senior Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. Their tenure of expertise spans from 2005 to the present day.
