Alina Sychova

Alina Sychova is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets and Cross Border M&A at Auerbach Grayson since October 2022, Alina previously held the position of Head of Capital Markets Origination at SOVA Capital from August 2017 to June 2022. Additional roles include Non-Executive Board Member at Tiscali from June 2018 to June 2019, Managing Director at Gazprombank between June 2015 and July 2017, and Director of Equity Capital Markets Origination at Citi from March 2012 to March 2015. Alina also held a Director position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 1999 to November 2011. Alina's educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from London Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Ramapo College of New Jersey, complemented by earlier studies at Belarusian State Economic University.
