Kay Provencher

K. Provencher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content management, quality assurance testing, and project management. Currently serving as a Content Manager and Quality Assurance Tester at AugX Labs since September 2022, K. Provencher also works as a musician for Better Love LLC since January 2017. Previous experience includes roles in management within the restaurant industry at Buffalo Wild Wings and as a Store Mentor at Dimo's Pizza, where organizational skills and project management were honed. K. Provencher has completed a Junior UX Designer program at General Assembly and has held roles in UX design and content strategy with heirlum. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Entrepreneurship from Columbia College Chicago and certificates in UX Design and Product Management.
