Nayeem Ahmed

Nayeem Ahmed is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in training, examination operations, and documentation within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at Augmedix Bangladesh since March 2021, Nayeem focuses on training the scribe team for service delivery, enhances training processes, and provides vital reports to management. Prior to this role, Nayeem worked with the British Council as an Exam Invigilator from April 2017 to December 2021, ensuring the smooth operation of examination venues and compliance with procedures. Nayeem also contributed as a Documentation Specialist at Augmedix from May 2017 to February 2021, ensuring the quality and accuracy of medical charts for U.S-based healthcare providers. Nayeem holds an MSc in International Business with Human Resource Management from Ulster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from East West University.
