Esmat Nawahda has been working in the technology field since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Full Stack Engineer at GeniuCode. In 2014, they became a Professional Services Engineer at myThings. In 2016, Esmat worked as a Senior Fullstack Dev & Web Development Tech Lead at WebTeb ويب تب, as well as a Front End Developer at Cortica. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Augmented Intelligence (AUI) as the Head Of Engineering and Lead Software Engineer. In 2020, Esmat joined Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as an R&D Team Leader - Web Management. Currently, they are the Director Of Technology at Augmented Intelligence (AUI), where they are responsible for redefining the company technology, leading engineering excellence, and moving to a robust, scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.

Esmat Nawahda completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Technology at the Arab American University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Elahlya Private High School from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Chemistry and Computer. Esmat Nawahda has also obtained numerous certifications from Udemy, including Metaverse Masterclass- Learn Everything about the Metaverse!
