Mica Rubinson's work experience begins in 2014 as a PhD Candidate at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they focused on a predictive analysis of neurological disorders using brain signals. During this time, Mica published their work in peer-reviewed journals and presented it at international conferences. Mica also served as a Physics Instructor at the institute.
In 2019, Mica joined Hemda - Science Education Center Tel Aviv as a Physics Teacher, a role they held until 2020.
In 2020, Mica worked as a Research Consultant at Bionaut Labs for three months.
Mica's most recent job is at Augury, where they started in 2020 as a Research Scientist. They later became a Squad Leader and currently hold the position of Algorithms Team Lead. In this role, Mica leads a team of scientists responsible for expanding the company's algorithmic coverage and represents Augury in conferences and customer-facing interactions.
Mica Rubinson has a strong educational background in the field of physics. Starting in 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Tel Aviv University, which they successfully completed in 2012. Following this, Mica continued their studies at the Weizmann Institute of Science and obtained a Master's degree in Physics of complex systems between 2012 and 2014. They further deepened their knowledge in this field by pursuing a PhD at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2014 to 2019.
In addition to their academic achievements, Mica has also obtained a certification in AI for Predictive Maintenance, specifically in XGBoost, LSTM, and Autoencoder. This certification was earned from NVIDIA in July 2022.
