Meghan Rice

Meghan is the guiding light for our healthcare practice. She builds relationships and elevates the team, creating opportunities that foster the success of both our internal teams and our clients.

An experienced leader with deep experience in healthcare, Meghan understands the nuances of the industry: how products come to market and are sold as well as the role communications plays in creating an engaged and motivated audience. She has experience leading strategic innovations for clients as well as overseeing large sales teams. Her experience includes partnerships with Walgreens, Starkey Hearing Technologies, Abbvie, Amgen, Novo Nordisk, Abbott Nutrition and others.

Meghan’s greatest career achievements include being named Executive Director Rookie of the Year in 2013 and building and mentoring a team of successful sales professionals while at WebMD. Her creativity, resilience and ability to find and work for great companies is also something of which she is very proud.
