John possesses over 20 years of experience in the retained search industry and has executed assignments across all functional disciplines in the Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Technology sectors. He has led searches throughout the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia and the UK. A trusted partner to his clients through his consultative approach, John recognizes effective leadership is the most important component to the success of an organization.

John brings substantial experience to August Leadership working for leading global executive search firms including Coulter Partners, Harvey Nash, Jobplex/DHR International and ZRG Partners. He is an expert at building management teams at emerging growth companies and reinvigorating global multinational corporations with new talent. His specialties include Biotechnology, Digital Health, Enterprise Software, Manufacturing, Medical Technology and Pharmaceutical.

Outside of work, John enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer, skier and soccer player.
