Kelly Smith O'Hara is a seasoned professional in human resources and leadership roles with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently a Partner at August Leadership since November 2023, Kelly previously served as Head of North America at Bentley Lewis and held various senior positions at The Goodkind Group, LLC, including Managing Director of the Human Resources Practice. Kelly co-founded The Prospect Group NY/KSO Consulting LLC and has a background in human resources from notable companies such as Lehman Brothers and MasterCard International Inc. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a Bachelor's degree, and a former Vice President with a long tenure at The Goodkind Group, Kelly also dedicated time as a full-time caregiver to four children, emphasizing the importance of nurturing ethical and responsible human beings.
