Wim Van Acker

With 25 years of recruiting experience, Wim has served automotive and diversified manufacturing clients for both publicly and privately held clients, including original equipment manufacturers, tier one and tier two parts suppliers, engineering service providers, management consultancy firms, as well as aftermarket manufacturers.

Wim has conducted assignments for Chief Executive officers, Vice Presidents of Sales, Chief Technology Officers, Vice Presidents of Engineering, Divisional Presidents and Functional Heads with a concentration in operations, supply chain management, engineering, and sales and business development leadership roles.

Before joining August Leadership, Wim was a client Partner with two executive search firms for fourteen years and a Managing Partner with global management consultancy firm, Roland Berger, for 12 years in North America and South America.
