Allison Gayheart

Allison Gayheart is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical business development and quality improvement. Currently serving as Manager of Clinical Business Development at Augusta Health since August 2018, Allison previously held positions including Practice Transformation Network Coach at Community Care Partners of Greater Mecklenburg and Manager of Health Access at the Right Time Programs for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. With prior roles in quality improvement consultation and administrative support at various healthcare organizations, Allison has developed expertise in implementing best practices, enhancing electronic health record systems, and improving healthcare delivery for Medicaid recipients. Allison holds a Master’s degree in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College.
