Cynthia Young

Cynthia Young is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Augusta Health since April 2020. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Performance Management Consultant at the University of Virginia's Health System from February 2018 to April 2020, and as an OD Consultant at UVA Health System from July 2015 to February 2018. Cynthia has a diverse background that includes positions as a Software Trainer at the University of Virginia and PVCC Workforce Services, a Training Specialist, and a co-operator for Kona Ice Cville.
