Ricky Escobar

Ricky Escobar, MSEd, CGS, CPTM, currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Erlanger, starting in February 2020, where the focus is on fostering leadership and team development among associates. Additionally, Ricky has been an Instructor at Higher Ground USA since August 2019, providing transformative experiences for youth and young adults. Prior to these roles, Ricky contributed to team and leadership development at the WinShape Foundation from August 2000 to December 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Adult Education & Training from Saint Joseph's College, a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Leadership from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Berry College.
