Lori Buchanan

Lori Buchanan is a seasoned professional in organizational development with extensive experience in leadership coaching and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Nebraska Medicine since September 2016, Lori focuses on leadership development, succession planning, and executive coaching. Previously, Lori operated as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant from November 2013 to October 2016 and held the position of Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Mutual of Omaha from August 1990 to November 2013, where responsibilities included leadership coaching and team development. Earlier career experience includes roles as an HR Consultant and Employment Specialist at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Lori holds a degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
