Rob Lockard is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Rivas Medical Weight Loss since September 2024, Rob focuses on creating a collaborative atmosphere within talent acquisition. As a Principal Talent Recruitment Advisor at emineo talent since July 2023, Rob utilizes predictive analytics and market intelligence to secure top talent, primarily in the health care sector. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Management Consultant at Helios HR, where effective recruitment strategies were implemented, and as President & Founder of emineo talent, where Rob led talent sourcing initiatives. Rob also has considerable experience in human resources and recruitment from the role of Director at Cohen-Esrey, LLC. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in History & Secondary Education from Clemson University.
