Jorge Rivera

Jorge Rivera, CCM, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Club Operations at Augusta National Golf Club since March 2020, previously holding the positions of Clubhouse Manager and Assistant Clubhouse Manager. Prior to this role, Jorge was the Director of Food and Beverage at Troon, where responsibilities included managing operations for all clubhouse and bistro services and overseeing the launch of a new gastropub. Jorge has also contributed as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club, managing food and beverage operations, and as Food and Beverage Manager at The Slammer and Squire, where substantial revenue from banquets and tournaments was generated. Early career experiences include interim management roles and internships across various hospitality contexts, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
