Isaac Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isaac started their career as a Combat Engineer/Sapper in the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they gained experience in explosives and front-line warfare. After leaving the military, they worked at the Radisson Riverfront Hotel, taking on various roles including Banquet Captain, Guest Services, and Night Audit. Isaac then transitioned to the corporate world, working at Electrolux as a Call Center Supervisor and Project Manager, where they were responsible for launching a high-end appliance line and managing relationships with servicers in multiple states. Isaac also has extensive experience in staffing solutions, working at Augusta Staffing Associates and Aiken Staffing Associates as a Vice President and Staffing Specialist respectively. Additionally, they played a pivotal role in the formation and growth of Augusta Pride, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity and raising awareness about HIV/AIDS in the CSRA community.

Isaac Kelly's education history begins with their high school education at North Augusta High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 1996 to 2000. Isaac then attended Augusta University from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Marketing studies.

In addition to their formal education, Isaac Kelly has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Healthcare Reform Associate from the Health Care Reform Center & Policy Institute. In 2017, they received the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association. In 2018, they obtained the NCCER Construction certification from NCCER and became an OSHA Authorized General Industry Outreach Trainer from the NC State University Graduate School.

More recently, in 2019, Isaac Kelly acquired the Certified Search Consultant certification from the American Staffing Association. Alongside their certifications, they obtained the OSHA - 10 Hour General Industry Outreach certification in 2014 from 360training.com.
