Kai Piechucki

Kai Piechucki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kai started their career as a Contact Center Agent at Avocis from September 2011 to May 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Student Assistant at ZA-Kunkel GmbH & Co. KG from May 2015 to April 2016 and as an Intern at EY from September 2015 to February 2016.

Kai then transitioned into the real estate industry, joining CBRE as a Portfolio-/Transaktionsmanager in September 2018, where they worked until March 2020. Kai then moved to redos as an Associate Director in Asset Management from May 2020 to February 2022.

In 2022, Kai joined Tilly Capital GmbH as a Senior Asset Manager from February to July, and later joined Augustus Management as an Asset Manager in October, where they currently work.

Kai Piechucki completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Immobilienwirtschaft at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued studies in the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik.
