Matthias Bez

Matthias Bez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2012, they started their career as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they worked as a Strategy Consultant until 2015.

Following that, Bez founded and served as the Founder and Managing Director of NETA Food GmbH from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they played a key role in establishing and managing the company.

In 2017, Bez founded MTB Immobilien and held the position of Founder and Board Member. Matthias contributed to the development and growth of the company.

In 2018, Bez joined Augustus Management & Architecture as Head of Investment and later became the Managing Director in 2019. Matthias was responsible for overseeing real estate investments and development projects, playing a crucial role in the firm's operations.

In 2019, Bez also became a Member of the Supervisory Board at UferHallen AG, where they provided valuable insights and guidance.

Currently, Bez is the Managing Director of Creanos, a global private equity investment firm. Their role includes managing director and supervisory board positions for affiliated companies and funds, with a focus on real estate and technology investments in the field of PropTech and FinTech.

Throughout their career, Bez has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of investment strategies, and effective management abilities.

Matthias Bez holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management from HEC Paris. Matthias also completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin. Before that, Matthias obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from the European School of Business Reutlingen. Matthias had a semester abroad at ESC Montpellier, where they focused on International Business. Similarly, Matthias also completed a semester abroad at the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, with a specialization in International Business.
