Christophe Lilienfeld

Christophe Lilienfeld is an experienced Regional Sales Manager at AUI Fine Foods (Albert Uster Imports) since January 2006, overseeing territories in Los Angeles and the central coast. Lilienfeld has demonstrated sales excellence by winning the BRAUN sales contest in 2015 and the HUG sales contest in 2014. Prior to this role, Lilienfeld served as Executive Pastry Chef at the award-winning Ojai Valley Inn & Spa from 2001 to 2005, managing multiple food and beverage outlets. Previous experience includes ownership of Arlequin Patisserie Francaise, as well as positions as Executive Pastry Chef at Chinois on Main and L'Orangerie. Lilienfeld's culinary education in France includes notable achievements in competitions and qualifications in patisserie.
