Jeffery Barnes CEC, CCA, ACE is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Territory Manager for AUI Fine Foods in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Memphis since December 2022. Previously, Jeffery was the owner of KGee’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar, as well as Saltine's Louisiana Kitchen, from January 2020 to January 2023. Jeffery also worked as an Adjunct Culinary Instructor at El Centro College in early 2018, and as the Director of Culinary at Baylor Scott & White from November 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included food service management and personnel oversight. Jeffery's career further includes a role as Regional Executive Chef at Morrison from 2010 to November 2016, leading and developing Executive Chefs to meet culinary standards. Jeffery holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University and has completed refresher courses in Culinary Science/Culinology at The Culinary Institute of America.
