Lynn M. Marchese has an extensive background in the culinary field, currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager for AUI Fine Foods, a division of Albert Uster Imports, Inc., since February 2000, overseeing sales in Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming. With over 50 years of dedication to culinary excellence, AUI is recognized for its high-quality pastry and savory products for professional chefs. Prior to this role, Lynn coordinated bakery operations for 14 retail stores at Wild Oats Markets from 1997 to January 2000, managing sales exceeding $6 million and providing consulting on bakery operations. Lynn's career began at Alfalfa's Markets from 1989 to 1996 as a Pastry Chef and Bakery Manager. Lynn M.
