David Smith

David specialises in design, project co-ordination and the delivery of large, complex buildings in the commercial, public, residential and healthcare sectors and has extensive experience in refurbishment and infrastructural improvement work.

David is experienced in leading design co-ordination with the broader team whilst taking a leading role in the oversight and planning of the design process and formulation of the client brief, and works proactively with multi-disciplinary groups of designers and end users. He is assigned to projects where his particular strengths – technical leadership, pragmatism and a collaborative approach – add value where complex technical delivery and programme issues are pressing.
