Courtney Rutgens

Courtney Rutgens, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Auld & White Constructors since August 2022. Previously, Courtney held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Compliance at Ackerman Cancer Center from September 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR practices that enhanced organizational culture and prioritized patient care. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at Southeastern Grocers, where Courtney supported various teams and managed the HR Support Center operations. Additional experience includes serving as Team Leader for Consumer Travel at American Express and Human Resources Executive Team Leader at Target. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
