Kellie Hopstein is a seasoned professional in the field of IT support and consulting with a robust background in project and incident management. Currently serving as a Lead Support Analyst at Aumentum Technologies since January 2022, Kellie utilizes Microsoft SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, and Azure DevOps Server to manage customer issues and facilitate smooth transitions to support.
