Rajesh Kaushik

Rajesh Kaushik is an experienced professional in the field of advanced electronics and semiconductor solutions, currently serving as the Head of R&D at AUMOVIO since September 2025. Prior to this, Rajesh held multiple leadership roles at Continental, including Head of ASIC Design Center and Head of R&D, where responsibilities encompassed managing design centers, semiconductor strategy, and cross-domain initiatives. With extensive experience at ROHM Semiconductor Europe as Head of Microelectronic Integration and IC Engineering Group Manager, Rajesh contributed to product development and strategic alignment in the European semiconductor market. Other key positions include Project Manager for automotive ICs/ASICs, Senior Product Engineer at Qimonda AG, and Senior Design Engineer at Infineon Technologies. Rajesh began his career at STMicroelectronics, where leadership skills were demonstrated by guiding a team of design engineers. Rajesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University.
