Ian Wythe is an experienced product development professional with expertise in the food industry. Currently serving as the Product Development Manager at Aunt Bessie's since March 2021, Ian oversees a team of experts to drive the concept-to-launch process for frozen food products. Previous roles include Senior Process Technologist at Dovecote Park Ltd, where Ian contributed to the supply of fresh meats for Waitrose and developed innovative products, and Process Technologist at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, focusing on premium food product development. Ian began the career as a Food Microbiology Lab Technician at Harlan Laboratories, implementing various testing methods for food safety and compliance.
