Carrie Oppenheimer is the current Head of People at Aunt Flow. Carrie has extensive experience in HR, having previously worked as an HR Projects Specialist at eShopWorld and a People and Culture Strategy Consultant at Reboot. At Reboot, they also served as the Director of Programs and People, where they were responsible for leading programs, people, and organizational strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team. Carrie has a proven track record of success in increasing employee productivity and engagement, initiating and executing organizational redesigns, and managing programs and design teams. Carrie is also an experienced facilitator and project manager, having successfully led 10 international, user-centered design research teams for both technical and non-technical clients.

Carrie Oppenheimer has a professional diploma in human resources management from University College Dublin, an MA in international educational development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in global studies, Spanish studies, political science, and economic development from the University of Minnesota. Carrie also has certification from UCD Professional Academy in HR management, as well as certifications from LinkedIn in agile foundations, strategic human resources, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, employee experience, organization design, organizational learning and development, and the future of workplace learning.
