Alisa Charles, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Alisa currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Division Director of Human Resources at Vibra Healthcare from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Vibra Healthcare, Alisa held the role of Divisional Director and Regional Director of Human Resources at Brookdale from 2005 to 2016.

Alisa Charles, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse education history. Alisa obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Chicago. Following that, Alisa pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management & Development from National Louis University. Prior to their higher education, they attended Lindblom Technical High School. Additionally, Alisa obtained certifications as a Certified Personal & Executive Coach from The Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
