Bernie Berrigan

Bernie Berrigan currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Toyota Tsusho America, a position held since January 2023, responsible for directing human resources policies and strategies across North America. Prior to this role, Bernie held the title of Global Senior Director of Human Resources at Hanon Systems, overseeing HR operations with dual reporting lines to the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Chief Technology Officer. Bernie's experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Nexteer Automotive and Director of Human Resources Operations at NSK, where strategic people strategies were developed to meet business objectives. Additionally, Bernie was the Global Director of Human Resources at SLPT Global Pump Group, providing HR leadership globally. Bernie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and has educational credentials from the University of Toronto.
