Johanna Pystynen

Johanna Pystynen has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Guidin since November 2020. In addition, they are a Board Member at Leanware Oy, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Advisory Board at Auntie from January 2021 and at Tampereen yliopiston normaalikoulu, Business Norssi from November 2020. From January 2020 to November 2020, they worked as the Director of Leadership Development at Vincit. Before that, they were the Director of People Operations at Vincit from May 2012 to December 2019. Johanna also has experience as an HR Specialist at Cybercom Group: Cybercom Finland from January 2009 to May 2012, a Learning Solution Coordinator at Nokia Oyj from August 2008 to January 2009, and an HR Administrator at Pilkington Automotive from May 2008 to August 2008. Johanna began their career as a Recruiting Assistant at Pd Personnel Development Oy from July 2006 to May 2008.

Johanna Pystynen attended the University of Tampere from 2005 to 2012. During their time there, they focused on Adult Education but did not obtain a specific degree.
