Hira Paracha

Hira Paracha is a seasoned entrepreneur and retail manager with a robust background in the fashion industry. As the Co-Founder of South Asian Women Entrepreneurs since April 2022, Hira Paracha is dedicated to empowering South Asian women in their entrepreneurial endeavors through collaboration and support. Hira also founded Aura By Hira in January 2021. Prior to these ventures, Hira held multiple managerial positions, including Store Manager at ANN INC, BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, Aeropostale, Gymboree, and Chesapeake Trading Company, where responsibilities included overseeing overall store operations. Hira began the retail career as an Assistant Manager at Stage Stores after obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Iqra University between 2004 and 2007.
