Patrick Nealon

Patrick Nealon started their work experience in 2001 as the Head of Clinical Operations at ZYCOS Inc. Patrick then went on to work at Genzyme Corporation as a Senior Director of Clinical Research from 2003 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Takeda Pharmaceuticals as the VP of Clinical Operations Takeda Oncology and also started working at Millennium Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Patrick worked at both companies until 2014. In 2015, they joined Baxalta USA, Inc as the Director of Program and Portfolio Management and later became the Senior Director of Portfolio & Program Management at Baxalta. Patrick then worked at Shire as the Head of Global Program Management Oncology & Hematology from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Servier as the Head of Global Program Management. Patrick then worked at Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) from 2019 to 2023 as the Executive Vice President & General Manager Oncology. Currently, Patrick Nealon is working at Aura Biosciences as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Operations.

Patrick Nealon attended Anna Maria College from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued an MBA degree. During their time at the college, they focused on the fields of Medical Technology, Education, and Business Administration.
