Lucas Anjos

Lucas Anjos, MSc., has extensive experience in geology and mining, currently serving as the Geology Coordinator at Aura Minerals Inc. since March 2019, overseeing exploration for the Matupá Project in Brazil. Prior to this role, Lucas held senior geologist positions and executive roles at GEOInc., where responsibilities included geological mapping and mining direction. Additional experience includes managerial positions at EGMX Mineração Ltda., focusing on manganese ore production, and roles in underground gold and tungsten mining at Mineradora Nosso Senhor do Bonfim, as well as exploration geologist positions in various projects. Academically, Lucas holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV and master's and bachelor's degrees in Geology from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso.
