Daisy Tong

As Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing & Customer Experience, Daisy Tong is responsible for AURA’s marketing and communications, business development, and customer solutions engineering. Utilizing more than 30 years of international experience designing products and providing consulting services for large enterprises, she leads strategy development and implementation of the company’s various business initiatives.

In addition to cofounding three technology startups and a design agency, Daisy has held senior leadership positions in customer experience, advertising, and branding. Prior to joining AURA, she was a design consultant to several technology and finance organizations, including Cisco, Nexius, and Cerberus Capital Management.

Daisy’s career began at McCann Erickson, where she worked on multinational accounts such as Nescafé, Coca-Cola, and Levi’s. She went on to start her own London-based design agency, serving clients across the globe, including Toshiba-EMI, Universal, and Amnesty International.

Ten successful years later, Daisy joined Virginia-based wireless startup 4DK Technologies as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and showcased a unique ability for solving complex data-design problems to optimize mobile and desktop user experiences. After overseeing 4DK Technologies’ brand evolution, Daisy served as a Director at both Nexius Solutions and B-Yond, where she led the design of innovative user interfaces and user experiences for business-to-business software products.

Daisy joined AURA’s leadership team in January 2022. She holds a degree in Advertising Design from the Lubin Graduate School of Business.
