Carly Lawson is the Head of Learning and Development at Auratus Services (UK) Limited. Before their current role, Carly worked as a Leadership & Organisational Development Consultant at The Workshop - Inventors of Play. Carly also has experience as a Senior Learning & Talent Development Partner at Greystar and a Senior Leadership Development Specialist at Verisk. Carly previously held roles at KPMG UK, Arcadis, London 2012, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Nestle, and Vinci Construction PLC. Carly received their CIPD Certificate in Training Practice from West London College.
