Sofia Kaufman

Sofia is a People and Culture leader with a passion for building winning cultures, effective teams, and growing companies. She has deep experience in both private and public companies and start-up phases through growth mode and acquisition. Prior to joining Aura, Sofia was the Chief People Officer at Zerto, a global IT resilience company. Previously, she was the Chief People Officer at Intralinks and held HR leadership roles at Eze Software, TripAdvisor and other global technology companies. Sofia holds an MS/BA in Economics from Northeastern University.

Sofia is the Chief People Officer at Aura, where she leads the People team, responsible for the company's talent development, operations, recruitment and retention.
